This model is specially designed to work in stables where sand is used as bedding material in the cubicles. As is well known, sand is a highly abrasive material and causes accelerated wear on cleaning systems.
For this reason, and with the aim of increasing the useful life of the product, all the scraper support platforms are made of a special anti-wear alloy. On the other hand, the scraper is equipped with 6 wheels (4 in the central body and 2 on the sides) to facilitate its progress, reducing friction against the ground.
In addition, the central body has two tensors that allow you to easily adjust the tension of the cable/rope.
The scraper is articulated to absorb the different slopes of the corridor. In addition, the articulated blades at the ends also make it possible to adapt to irregularities and differences in width of the corridors.
The height of the scraper is reduced in such a way that it generates the least possible inconvenience to the cattle.
