Etxe Holz has manufactured and installed hydraulic scrapers for the last 50 years. The model has been modified on different occasions depending on the needs of our customers. Today, the hydraulic scrapers are used for those areas of the farm where the manure is drier (heifers, dry cows, beef cows, etc.) and can be adapted to corridors of up to 120 meters in length.

Our hydraulic scrapers are characterized by their robustness, being machines that have a very low number of breakdowns and a long useful life. In addition, they have a great pulling power, so they can clean more manure (long corridors, dry and dense manure, etc.).

Description

Hydraulic unit composed of hydraulic pump (27 or 33 liters), 3CV – 5CV electric motor, 50-liter type HLP46 oil tank, flow reversal valve and push-button panel for manual control.

10mm galvanized steel scraper with 20cm high blades. Optionally, they can be made of anti-wear material for those farms in which sand is used as bedding material.

UPN iron profile linkage of 80, 100, 120 depending on the aisle length, slotted every 67cm.

Hydraulic cylinders of different dimensions (according to corridor length) and multiple placement possibilities (buried, supports, etc.).
